Susan Lea

LMFT, LMFTS, CGP, MAC

Susan Lea, LMFT, is a clinician-leader, licensed marriage and family therapist, clinical supervisor, and group practice owner based in South Carolina. With over a decade of experience in mental health leadership, nonprofit collaboration, and systems-level advocacy, Susan is committed to improving care for individuals and families impacted by serious mental illness.

Her work is informed by both professional expertise and lived experience supporting a loved one with serious mental illness, shaping a trauma-informed, relational approach that bridges clinical practice, leadership development, and policy advocacy. Since 2013, Susan has partnered with nonprofit organizations and boards to advance education, stigma reduction, ethical practice, and sustainable mental health systems.

Sierra Wilson

MMFT, LMFT

Sierra Wilson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She is currently undergoing the process to become a LMFT Supervisor. Sierra obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Lander University in 2012. She then obtained her Master degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse College in 2018.

Sierra has seven years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in working with individuals with special needs with eleven years of experience including case management and clinical work. Sierra has worked for non-profit organizations, psychiatric residential treatment facilities for adolescents and youth with Autism, juvenile systems, and school systems. In addition, Sierra uses a person-centered approach and evidence base practices to help couples and individuals learn skills to build healthy relationships, improve communication, navigate daily living stresses, manage anxiety and depression, and improve overall mental wellness.

Rachel Grosse

Rachel is a student in Abilene Christian University's Marriage and Family Therapy program. She is passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space for growth and healing. She specializes in working with women, adolescents, couples, and LGBTQ+ individuals, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. Her approach is empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Rachel offers morning and afternoon sessions, with flexible availability for evenings and weekends to accommodate your schedule.

Dillon Thao

Dillon Thao is a student at Liberty University in the clinical mental health counseling program. He enjoys working with a wide range of individuals and is passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression and stress-related concerns. His approach to counseling prioritizes empathy and fostering a welcoming, respectful, safe environment for individuals to have personal growth. Dillon is available in the afternoons and evenings.

Lavetra Peterson is a student at Capella University pursuing a degree in the Clinical Mental Health program. She is passionate about working with individuals, children, and families who have experienced trauma and youth with problematic behaviors. She is dedicated to providing a supportive environment that fosters healing and resilience. Lavetra is available mornings and weekends.

Victoria Cunningham

Victoria Cunningham is a graduate student at Regent University in the Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling program. Her 19 years of experience in healthcare and family-centered care as a licensed occupational therapy assistant have shaped her passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater connection, understanding, and hope. Victoria values a compassionate, holistic approach that considers emotional, relational, and personal growth, and creates a supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.

 

Drawing from her master’s program, her additional counseling training (Gottman Level 1, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems), and extensive clinical background, Victoria brings a unique perspective that integrates advocacy, evidence-based practice, and a deep understanding of developmental and relational needs across the lifespan. She enjoys supporting clients through communication challenges, emotional disconnection, role balance, and generational family patterns while fostering a collaborative, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed therapeutic environment grounded in genuine human connection. Victoria will integrate spiritual values into counseling upon request and in collaboration with her clients.
