I am recruiting individuals who meet all of these criteria:

  1. You are age 18 or older.

  2. You are a graduate of a Marriage and Family Therapy Masters program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education AND you graduated after April 2022.

  3. You graduated with a cohort (you had a group of other students who moved through the MFT program with you and graduated together).

  4. You are now in clinical practice.

During these activities, you will be asked questions about:

  • Your graduation year, MFT program type and accreditation status (list provided), and whether you graduated with a cohort;

  • Your experiences in the MFT cohort program with faculty and cohort members;

  • Your perception about the intersection of faculty and cohort diversity with your own cultural identity;

  • Your observations and reflection on any impact of faculty and cohort diversity in your development as a clinician.

Participants who complete this study will receive a $75 Amazon gift card via email after transcript review has been confirmed.
